My Story

An award-winning author, Tanya Agler moved often during her childhood and settled in Georgia where she writes sweet contemporary romance novels, which feature small towns, family and pets, and themes of second chances and hope. The author of nine Harlequin Heartwarming novels, Tanya’s latest, Her Temporary Cowboy, is a March 26, 2024 release.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in journalism and law, she lives in metro Atlanta with her wonderful husband, their four children, and a lovable rescue beagle (whose hashtag is #LinustheBeagle). She is a former past president of Georgia Romance Writers and is a member of Novelists, Inc., Contemporary Romance Writers, Faith Hope Love Christian Writers, and Georgia Romance Writers.

Tanya is currently at work on her new Virtues of Violet Ridge series for Harlequin Heartwarming. The first book in the series, The Triplets’ Holiday Miracle, will be released on Dec. 24, 2024.

When she’s not writing, Tanya loves classic movies, walking, and a good cup of tea.
